Dr. Amanda Paradis
Dr. Paradis grew up just over the bridge in Biddeford – a true Mainah! She always knew that she wanted to be in the dental field, and as such earned her bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of New England. However after several years working in an orthodontic practice, she realized that she was most passionate about orthodontics. So, Dr. Paradis returned to UNE College of Dental Medicine for her doctorate and then went on to complete orthodontic specialty training at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. While at Case Western, she also earned a Masters degree with her thesis project on artificial intelligence, virtual orthodontics and in-office 3D printing.
Dr. Paradis takes great pride in improving the health, smiles and self-confidence of her patients through orthodontic care. She believes that an enjoyable orthodontic experience is just as important as the final result, and she ensures that each patient receives the highest level of personalized care. She is a member of the American Association Of Orthodontists, Northeast Society of Orthodontists, the Maine Dental Association and is a board-eligible Orthodontist.
Outside of the office, Dr. Paradis enjoys watching football and spending time at the beach or on the ocean. On sunny days, you can find her on the lobster boat in Saco Bay with her husband Nate and son Mack.
